Bustin' Loose!

Giant Federal flag placed on the Alabama Capitol building is ripped apart by high winds. Legislator Perry Hooper, Jr. came up with the idea of swaddling the Capitol building in this giant flag shortly after 9/11. The state Christmas tree (partly visible on left) was also exclusively covered in small Federal flags. A man who sat next to the tree and held an Alabama flag was arrested.
